that separates the main entrance boulevard has been landscaped. The recreation

Venice Ranch is a beautiful manufactured and mobile home community in a country setting. Convenient to
shopping, beaches, boating, fishing, golf courses, theater, library, hospital and restaurants. Located in South
Sarasota County, 1/4 of a mile from Venice City limits, Venice Ranch is on East Venice Ave., 2 1/4 miles East
of 41 By-Pass and 3/4 of a mile west of Jacaranda Blvd. (Exit 193 of I-75). Sarasota-Bradenton International
Airport is easily accessible from I-75 at Exit 213.
