Occasionally our residents will rent their home for a minimum of three (3) months; typically January, February & March. Our singlewide homes having 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom typically rents for $900.00 per month; 2 bedroom 1 bathroom homes typically rent for $1,000.00 per month; 2 bedroom 2 bathroom homes typically rents for $1,100.00 per month. Our doublewide homes having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms typically rent for $1,200.00 to $1,400.00 per month. We also require a security deposit equal to one months rent.

The best time to inquire if we will have any seasonal rentals is from September to November. Please send a letter to the above address or you can send an e-mail, attention Steve Ellis or Dick O'Leary and include as much information as you can, whether you want a single wide or double wide home, the number of bedrooms you would like to have, the number of bathrooms you would like to have, length of stay (minimum of 3 months), and when you would arrive.

Once we receive your request for a seasonal rental home and we have a home that matches your needs, we call you. If you like what we have available for rent we will send you a lease. Upon signing the lease we require half of the total dollar amount that is due for the seasonal rental to be returned with the signed lease; the balance is due before occupancy. For Example: $1,000.00 x 3 months = $3,000.00, plus $1,000.00 security deposit, plus $300.00 tax, for a total of $4,300.00 divided by 2 = $2,150.00. The tax that we collect is 10% of the rental dollar amount. The security deposit will be returned to lessee upon vacancy and being accepted in good condition by lessor. Fifty ($50.00) dollars of electric use, per month, is included in the rental amount. Anything over fifty ($50.00) dollars use of electric, per month, will need to be paid by lessee. Telephone in not included in this rental amount. The cost for telephone hook-up is approximately sixty dollars ($60.00) installation and about fifteen to twenty dollars ($15.00 to $20.00) per month.
